Looking for a quick meal before you hit the gym? Try this light yet satisfying, quick and easy dish!

Step 1. Chop up your veggies! Spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes!

Step 2. Chop up your choice of sausage. Add light olive oil to non-stick pan, cook sausage to liking, add veggies, add choice of seasoning.

Step 3. Add light amount of Saracha sauce!

Step 4. SERVE AND ENJOY!
